Judy Nease GanemPOOLER, GA—Judy Nease Ganem has joined Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. as an integral part of their elite New Home Sales Team. As a native to the Coastal Empire, Judy brings over 20 years of real estate experience and first hand knowledge of the areas growing market to her clients. She is now on-site at Windsong, one of Fred Williams’ growing community’s off Fort Howard Road in Rincon. 

Since first obtaining her real estate license, Judy has gone on to receive her Brokers License, GRI and has served as a GRI Governor and GRI Dean.  Judy also actively participates in the Savannah Real Estate community, serving as past presidents for Savannah Area Board of REALTORS, Young Council of REALTORS and Women’s Council of REALTORS. Currently, Judy serves as the Sales and Marketing Council Education Chairman for the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah.
