Savannah, GA – For the second year in a row, Eva Johnson of Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. was awarded Salesperson of the Year at the 5th Annual Greater Savannah Summit. This event, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah, was held Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Armstrong Atlantic Center.
Eva enjoyed a tremendous year in 2008, selling 43 units totaling to more than $8 million in new home sales, winning highest number of units sold and highest dollar volume. Eva also took home a Gold Citation Sales Award in recognition of her outstanding achievement.
A licensed REALTOR and Associate Broker, Eva has been with Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. since 2004 and has been instrumental in helping sell out serveral Fred Williams communites. She was accepted into the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors for 2008.
