A native of Savannah, Rebecca brings years of experience in both resale and new homes sales with extensive knowledge of the area’s growing market to share with her buyers.

Rebecca is a 2003 graduate of Berry College and a 1999 graduate of South Effingham High School. Her degree in Public Relations led her to serve as the Director of Communications for Food for the Hungry during her year long mission work in Costa Rica. After a year of wonderful experiences working with families in Central and South America, Rebecca was excited to return home to Savannah, where she earned her Real Estate license. Rebecca loves matching customers with homes because it combines the need for great marketing and technology skills with the desire to connect with people in a real and personal way.

Governor Perdue Signs Housing Tax Credit Bill-Will provide a $1,800 tax credit for home purchases

As a native to the Coastal Empire, Judy brings over 20 years of real estate experience and first hand knowledge of the areas growing market to her clients. Since first obtaining her real estate license, Judy has gone on to receive her Brokers License, GRI and has served as a GRI Governor and GRI Dean.  Judy also actively participates in the Savannah Real Estate community, serving as past presidents for Savannah Area Board of REALTORS, Young Council of REALTORS and Women’s Council of REALTORS. Currently, Judy serves as the Sales and Marketing Council Education Chairman for the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah.

Savannah, GA – For the second year in a row, Eva Johnson of Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. was awarded Salesperson of the Year at the 5^th Annual Greater Savannah Summit. This event, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah, was held Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Armstrong Atlantic Center. 

Eva enjoyed a tremendous year in 2008, selling 43 units totaling to more than $8 million in new home sales, winning highest number of units sold and highest dollar volume. Eva also took home a Gold Citation Sales Award in recognition of her outstanding achievement. 

A licensed REALTOR and Associate Broker, Eva has been with Fred Williams Homebuilder, Inc. since 2004 and has been instrumental in helping sell out serveral Fred Williams communites. She was accepted into the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors for 2008.
